8th Grade Group Assemblage

Each student created a composition within a box symbolizing a memory after studying the work of Louise Nevelson. From these boxes, we created one large group assemblage.

7th Grade Assemblages

These sculptures were created using scrap wood and various found objects. The students focused on non-representational compositions.

8th Grade Slab Sculpture

These pieces were created using the slab roller we got as part of a grant from the Salem Foundation for Public Education. Using slabs, students can create bigger and more complex pieces more efficiently.
